When you’ve been blasting your rival for his supposed lack of foreign policy knowledge, fumbling the name of the incoming Russian president is a gaffe best avoided. That’s what Hillary Clinton did at last night’s debate in Cleveland, Ohio – and it didn’t go unnoticed in Russia.
